iF i START IT, i GET THE ERROR "vERY lOW rEFRIDGERANT" AND IT WON'T START
THE ac so I can't er-start the A/C to recharge the system...

closed system running out of stuff would point me towards a leak

Sounds like faulty pressure switch.
