my traction control light stays on and back break light don't work.blinkers half way work.why?

when head light are on illuminating lights work great rear is a little dim .when break is applied the two of three tail light down light,they go out.blinker do not keep blinking they stay on until the break is released.blinker do blink fast. all fuses are okay. i don't know it is can some one tell me something please

i didn't get any one to answer my question.but if you are having the same problems.i found some research about the problem.on youtube.com,and wikianswer.com . this was very help full to find out that other people were having the same problem.the conclusion was that the multi-function lever was out. if you dont know what that is it is the stick that contains the blinkers and posibly the cruise controle.i hope this helps others.
