I recently purchased a vehicle from XL Auto in Illinois and want to post a review but it asks me for about contacting them. I have been in contact with them personally through email and phone but never through this site so if i need to contact them through this site can you please tell me how to do this because your website is an excellent platform for both good and bad reviews. Unfortunately mine is not so good but i would like to share my horrible experience so others can be a little more careful and informed before they buy a vehicle from them

You can't post it here because as you said, you would had to contact them directly through here to do so. Do it on the dealers site or try another site.
