What sensor would keep the car in limp mode? Only goes 15-25mph.

3 coils recently replaced, diagnostics say
it's running rich.  This model is not Equiped
with a MAF sensor it's not The Cat.

Transmission is the biggest target for issues of limp mode but your info is minimal. Is the check engine light on or do u have any codes?
