What the best way to change wires and plugs on 1998 catera

The best way to change plugs an wires is to do 1 at a time. That way you get your plugs wires back on the right way if not you will have the firing order wrong and it may not start!

you have to remove phalen all hoses connected, throttle on right, front intake hoses-thers are mores hose behind phalen make sure to mark all with different color tape,- it's not a simple job
