2007 f150 running hot

2007 f150 5.4 changed radiator fan clutch and thermostat  
also trans flush and new screen engine will run 196-206
trans will run 175 -200 or hotter what could be the culprit

Those temperatures are really not that high. You could install an aftermarket transmission cooler to lower the ATF temps. A cooling system service would not hurt but probably will not lower operating temperature much if any. Try Water Wetter in the radiator.
