I just took off the upper water hose on my 1999 cadillac deville. I had just moved it about 30 feet. I took off the upper water hose and it was dry inside the hose and on top the connector, like no water had even went thru it. What might be the problem??

Remember, if you let the car warm up, the system will be under pressure and you should not remove the radiator cap to see if the hose is wet inside. If you must look at the inside of the hose, let the car cool and then open it - it will still be wet if there are no blockages and the thermostat is working.
