Maintenance required for '11 Ford Exp to last 200K mi eg rubber items

Bought '11 Ford Exp new. Has 99k miles. New front struts and differential this
year.  Everything flushed and new filters and plugs this year.  Runs great. What
do I need to do about rubber items that will in time breakdown?  Never kept a
vehicle more than 3 yrs before.  I want to go 200-250miles with this one.

Door gaskets and the like are available on line for various make and model vehicles. Got a set of door gaskets for a 99 explorer, just in case. The truck is 20 years old and in good shape. Original gaskets are still good so the replacements have been sitting in my garage for five years. I got the gaskets from Steele Rubber.
