My 99 cadillac catera is having a hard time on take off like if its suck in 1st or 2nd gear I have already replaced the transmission and the transmission filter n fluid still doing the same..HELP PLS

No my ex took it in with one of his mothers friends and supossably I can't do anything about it cause his wife is a lawyer n says that his work is legit he did nothing wrong the car is running
