I live in Michigan whats the darkest I can tint the back half of my 2000 Deville DHS Caddilac, back window n back side windows

Any VLT can be applied. But reflectant tint cannot exceed 35%. So basically you can have 20% or under for tints.... jeez, I should move..

In New York, you can paint the back window black as long as you have mirrors. Panel trucks don't have rear windows, why should you have to see through yours? http://www.tintlaws.com/
