Hope your turn signal flasher was easier to find on your 2000 than it was on my 1993. The hazard flasher was right under the drivers lower dash panel but the turn signal flasher was imbedded in the upper part of the dash behind the fuel display panel. You need to replace the right one to fix this.

I know im late to this. but if anybody else is searching around like crazy (like i was), I found my problem. It wasn't the flasher or fuses. Take apart the wiring harness that leads to the light assembly. You may find breaks and tears. They put the harness so close to the ground- you probably did what many of us do- scrape the bottom of a curb when you park. Thus, ripping wires- many of the wires that are inside are ground wires- without a ground- they will not work! Pick up some wire, electrical tape and get to splicing!
