Both back windows

I've got a 2001 Cadillac DeVille
North Star I've brought used from
an elderly couple who said that
they very seldom let down the two
rear windows. When I press the
main driver door panel or either
one of the rear door window
buttons I hear a clicking sound but
the windows aren't working.

The windows may be stuck in their tracks. I might try to lube the tracks and help the windows go up and down a few times.
