Speedometer not working

Yesterday took my catera to tire dealer to replace all four tires when I
picked up car the speedometer and tachometer no longer work the
milage counter still works and the speedometer drops below zero and
flutters

These vehicles tend to have an issue with the EBTCM located by the master cylinder and could get expensive by dealer. Have it diagnosed and if it is, send your to get rebuild
