How to fix my front defroster in my Cadillac Seville sts 2002.

It doesn't blow out any type of air my windows
stay frosted over all the time. Need help

There is a vent blend door actuator that directs the air flow to the different vent that may be bad. It is an electrical part under the dash.

Lord I'm very I'll, I have a 1992 Sevillw gold key,no motor sound,was stolen..but it worked,I hooked a kill wire

No front defroster, I looked at a relay, but we couldn't find where to put it,plz,answer..I'm fix to lose
