The New Beetle is a finicky beast- it will cost some money to repair it- but this can be said about all 21st Century cars- so it is important to know if the car has low mileage, know how it was driven, and how it was maintained- buying from a dealer usually doesn't answer those questions- on the plus side, the New Beetle has style and is exceptionally safe in a crash-
