Can't find 2011 Acura RDX catalytic converter heat shield for purchase

Hello, I have a 2011 Acura RDX and there was a rattling noise under my car. I
took a look and a family member basically ripped off what appears to be a
heat shield. I am attaching a picture, because I want to make sure this is
actually a heat shield and if it is, I am unavailable to find any online to purchase
and replace it. If someone could please direct me to somewhere, I could find it
to purchase as well as the proper name for the part, that would be greatly
appreciated.

I just recently had the same issue with my 2011 RDX. I took it to my mechanic and he explained that you can't just replace the heat shield, so he put a $14 C clamp on it and it's just fine.
