New breaks are squeaking

I recently changed my wife's front breaks and
rotors.. Everything seemed fine after I tested them,  
but then a few days later they started to squeaking
when she would come to a stop. It's not a grinding
sound just squeaking. Can anyone help me figure
this problem out? Thanks for taking the time to

did you apply disk brake anti squeak to the rear/back (disk brake quiet ) to the pads?is the wear tab away from the rotor ?
