It started fine yesterday and the lights
don't come on the horn blows the dash
lights don't show drive or anything or
mileage how do I reset it

Check the battery connections and the connection at the starter. These connections all need to be free of corrosion and absolutely clean and dry. Have the battery charged and tested. Proceed from there.....

My starter relay is in the trunk on a 2011 Chevy Malibu it want start some time I hit that box and it will start
