I have a 2011 Chevy Malibu LS I have started to have trouble with the ESC
Light coming on, power steering and traction control warning lights showing
up in the display. My car is riding fine its just when the esc lights come on i
have to pull over and shut the car off and restart it. When those lights are on
I loose brake lights in the rear of the car. The car does not loose power. Its
like it resets itself once i pull over and turn the car off and restart. My car has
been in the shop 3 times in the last 3 weeks and nobody seems to know how
to help me or fix it. They told me first it was the battery and terminals that
was replaced same issue going on. Then they said it was the brake light
switch in the back ok they replaced that it didnt work. So now its back in the
shop and I still have no clue whats wrong with it. Its dangerous to ride and
then it comes on and you have no brake lights in the back and someone rear
ends you. Does anyone know what this could be? Help! I like my car. First
major issue i have ever had brought it brand new in 2011 now i have
thousands of miles on it.

Thank you! I took it to have service again and as you stated it was a recall issue. They covered it. I have just had it back for 3 days and so far so good. I'm being real careful in driving, but I thank God someone helped me! Thanks
