I think you have two separate repair issues. For the windows there may be a module fault perhaps due to water infiltration inside one or both effected windows. The second problem could be related to a faulty vent door motor not in position to let cool air flow or there is actually low Freon, a restriction in the a/c lines such as the expansion valve, condenser, etc. You could on your own at least have a look at the compressor clutch to see if that is working and go from there. The only way to properly check for the right Freon level is with a manifold gauge set. Please don't just assume it's low on Freon and add. Many people make that mistake and it may do more damage. For your windows, replace the control module on the driver's side. This controls all the windows in the car and is where you should start. An OEM unit from Parts Geek is around $70 USD. Brian pretty much covered your AC issue, but let me help drill it down. After checking for no refrigerant leaks and obstructions in the condenser, you need to do a quick electrical check. First, verify the AC compressor actually runs. Look at the center of the pulley that drives the compressor and have someone turn on the AC. The center should start spinning, indicating the clutch is engaged. Be careful because obviously, the engine needs to be running. If the clutch does not engage, either there's a blown fuse, bad relay, or low refrigerant. As Brian also said, you should never just add refrigerant unless you can truly verify it is low. So, check the fuses and relay first. In the high power distribution box located right next the battery, locate fuse 25 (see attached pic) and check it is good. If it is, swap the relay in slot 43 with the one in slot 41. 43 is for the AC clutch and 41 is for the backup lights. Quick check here: start the car just put it in reverse to see if the backup lights come on (I am assuming the bulbs are not blown). If not, the relay is bad and assuming the other relay is good, the AC should work. If all of that checks out, and AC is still hot, go to the interior fuse panel (under the dash above your left knee from the driver's seat) and check fuses 14 and 15. These are for the climate controls. If good, blender (vent) door may not be moving. Either it is stuck or the motor that drives it could be bad or the drive gear is broke.
