2011 Ford fusion se heater core replacement

I took my 2011 Ford fusion se to my mechanic
because there was a small puddle about 4 inches
in circumference coming up onto my passenger
side floor. He said it was the heater core, we
ordered the part, and he supposedly fixed it. Drove
home, the car was still leaking on the floor and
now my radio panel was not working. The radio
itself was on, and I could use some of the buttons
on my steering wheel to navigate my favorite
stations, change volume, etc. But the Bluetooth
buttons did not work and as I said the radio
PANEL. The lower parts like the heat/ac seemed to
be fine at the time. But I took the car back to him to
check his work and fix the leak. This time he said
he fixed it, yet again, but the car now will only blow
cold air and it only does that on the front
windshield, no where else. No face or feet air. And
still no radio or Bluetooth. And he vacuumed the
carpet but somehow it's still puddling. The heck do
I do??
