The 2011 Ford Fusion has Electronic Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) , no pump, no fluid. There have been problems with it: ".... represent anyone who purchased a 2010 through 2014 Ford Fusion....." http://www.aboutlawsuits.com/ford-focus-fusion-steering-class-action-67309/
