Mercedes w202 c200 continuous hooting problem

Hi, my 1997 w202 suddenly develops continuos hooting problem when driving.
I switch of the car and restart, the problem persists. I call a mechanic to check,
he disconnects battery to "reset", and reconnects, the problem still on. What
could be wrong?

I have a problem with my w203 suddenly develops continuous hooting problem and the wipers are also set in motion while driving. What could be wrong?
