2004 Cadillac Deville Base feels like it's missing when I stop at the red light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi,
I have been having a hard time figuring it out why my car feels like it's
misfiring when I start first thing in the morning and start driving. It runs
really good on the highway I am getting almost 24 MPG on highway. I
changed the spark plugs, TPS Sensor and run Full Synthetic Oil. I had a
lean condition last year which I fixed by changing the Mass Flow Air sensor
and finally I had to replace my catalytic converter and O2 Sensors. I have
190k on it but still runs very smooth. This problems goes away after driving
for a while when engine reaches it's temperature. Also I do not have any
codes popping on the dashboard. I was planning to change the ignition
coils but would like some opinion. I have shown it to few mechanics and it is
very hard to replicate the problem. Any suggestions or if anyone had a
similar issue.

How old are your spark plug wires? Even if they are new, check their routing to make sure they are not in close contact to other engine parts like the exhaust manifold.

Spark plug wires are pretty old. I did change the ignition coils bt it still doing the same thing. I also ran a bottle of fuel injector cleaner and cleaned the throttle body. I will have to check the wires. I am not sure what else I could do until some code pops up.
