I want to know where is the fuses for my brake lights

I have changed the brake light bulbs and changed the brake light switch. I can not locate where the brake light fuses are. The brake lights still do not work after I changed the bulbs and switch.

I have been reading up on ALL the recalls about this car. The answer to where the fuses are located under the back seat, according to one person.

Fuse and relay are under back seat on driver side just under the carpet
