water leaking onto rear right hand side footwell after rain

I have a 2002 bmw 745i which has just started leaking water onto the floor of the
passsengers right hand side rear  when it rains.I have had the car a couple of years and
this has never happened before.Recently I had a leaking hose at the radiator replaced and
seems to have started then.Is that just a coincidence??

yoru have a leak from a window most likely have some spray with hose as you watch for water you may have to remove inside trim to see the leak also it may be sunroof if you have one but is is not related to a h]rad hose

at base of windscreen louvered cowl vents let debris drop and clog rubber drain hose building a pool of water
