I baught 5 serise and 10 minutes into my drive
home transmission went. Any suggestions in to
how i can go to get my money back
In most states once you drive it off the lot it's all yours, that's why everyone here recommends that you have the vehicles checked by a shop that does used car checks, it's money well spent. You could try contacting the selling party, if it is a dealer he might offer to help you with repairs, but don't count on it. Your only other recourse is through the legal system, but you may not have much there. Sorry
Did you get a 30 day warranty? If not, it's As-is. Follow tennishoes advise.
