It seems that no one out there understands offer and acceptance.  I got an offer on my car and started the sales transaction on Cargugus.   The response from the buyer is "Okay, when can we come take a look".  Any thoughts on how to deal with this?

Let them take a look and drive it. No seller is going to pay for your car without inspecting it and taking a test drive.
