Overheating BMW

ive changed the whole cooling system in my 03
530i bmw. took it to pep boys and charged me 38$
to get it looked at. they said there is no leak in the
cooling system. my car still overheats... they told
me in could be fuel pump injectirs but they all look
fine... but now it seems like the antifreeze is not
getting to the engine at all... it all stays in the
reservoir.. dont know why
