Hazzard lights aka "flashers"?

If you're referring to the one near the bottom between the speedo and tach, that's the DSC (dynamic stability control) indicator. If it's solid, you have the DSC disabled. If it flashes momentarily while you're driving, it's likely indicating wheel slip, and the car is adjusting throttle to regain traction.

I agree with Mark. It can also be tided to the antilock breaks. They use the same wheel sensors. Just a heads up, do not be surprised if a repair shop makes some reference to the antilock sensors.

ASC/DSC off. It it's on in conjunction with ABS or BRAKE lights, it could indicate an issue with a wheel speed sensor or the ABS module.
