None of the driver's side door electrical controls work. What could be the problem?

None of driver's side door electrical controls work. 2005 DeVille Cadillac, panel switches include power window to all four windows, side windows outside, door locks, heated / AC seat controls. What could be the problem?  The other three window controls work.

Open the door and check the wire connecting by the door hinges. Might try wiggling them a little while you operate the controls.
