2006 BMW 325i with 234k

Hello everyone! I go by Anju, nice to meet you all.

I'll keep a long story brief.

I am interested in purchasing a 2006 BMW 325i with 234k mi. I am very
hands-on and plan on maintaining the oil changes, filter and necessary
repairs myself. Now this car has had only two owners, three when I
purchase. The general repairs have been done: New radiator, windshield,
drive belt, water pump, A/C compressor, thermal stat, hoses, new brakes all
around. I have done a CARFAX and this is all true with service records. Title
is CLEAN. Vehicle is CLEAN with minor interior flaws (I am trying to be NOT
nitpicky.) ALSO, Can this BMW last me up to 350k+ miles? I am very, very,
anal-retentive with car maintenance.  

Any advice, suggestions and tips? The car is up for grabs for $4000, but I
feel a negotiation is in order. What do you think?

Run. Run fast, and run far. You're going to sink a ton of cash into that car with expensive parts that are going to need replacement no doubt. You may be a hands-on kinda guy, but that's not a hands-on kinda car. There are a lot of computer-related issues that can crop up that will take a special tool to locate and clear that only a dealer is going to have. In all seriousness, save up and buy a lower mile example. That is a money pit waiting to happen.
