Responding to emails

Question type: General

I'm new to CarGurus and I keep receiving emails
from cargurus stating someone is interested in my
vehicle and I can respond to them by simply
replying to the email from cargurus. My question is
how do I know that interested person is getting my
emails because I'm getting no response in return.
Can someone please help me understand this
responding through cargurus email? Thanks!

I am having the same problem and am disappointed in the reaponse from CarGurus. I need an answer asap. Considering selling my car elsewhere.... cyahamm8@yahoo.com

I have the same problem. It seems that this website is not a good place to sell or buy a car!
