Your transmission is going into limp mode. It’s getting stuck in 4/5 gear. You may be low on fluid and possibly causing the transmission to overheat. Could also be an electrical issue. I’d definitely get that checked out before cause permanent damage.

do a 3 quart Transmission fluid change, and Try starting your car in Neutral. Code should reset upon starting in neutral. only cycling out 3 quarts of trans fluid to determine if it’s just old oil causing the issue or if it’s solenoids inside from sludge build up, in which a new trans oil filter may be the suspect also.... Has your Battery been weak lately??
