Pop the door panel off. You might find a cable off track. Sounds like the regulator is bad/malfunctioning.

You have a faulty window regulator. It is a relativly straight forward repair if you are comfortable removing the door pael with out damaging it. The dealer is the best place to purchase the regulator. There is a foam covering behind the door panel called a vapor barrier is attached to the door body with a tough sticky adhesive. Take care not to destry the vapor barrier by slowly pulling it away from the door body and cutting the adhesive with a razor knife. It will then adhere right back to itself when you have completed your repair. If I can be of further help let me know

not sure if this applies to your vehicle, but i did an infiniti a few days ago with the same issue. turns out there are voltage amplifiers for the power windows. the driver window amp was in the door, but the rest were in the trunk. removing the amp for the corresponding window corrected the issue, there was no need to actually replace it.
