Older BMW doors sometimes stick due to old, sticky rubber. Have a friend hold the handle open on the outside and push from the inside. I hit all my seals with armour all and the problem was fixed. If this is a new problem you may just want to take it to a repair shop or open up the panel on the door and fix whatever is needed. Good luck!
