You have to have power at the brake pedal switch for anything to work. Was there any work done in the dash such as a new radio?

Replaced bulbs and fuses but did not check peddle. Where is sensor on pedal

I have just filed a complaint with the NHTSA/ODI about this my 2006 Cadillac cts brake light situation--all brake lights!! I would encourage every owner to do so and maybe we can get a recall. This is a dangerous and costly safety issue.

07 cts brake lights are out bulb , fuses,are good bulbs are good .. The turn signal only works half the time .
