What is the cheapest way to upgrade the factory sound system in a 2011 BMW 335D?Add a powerful amplifier?

I want to upgrade the factory sound system .It sounds very "thin" currently.My budget  is limited.Would a powerful
amplifier improve the depth and overall performance?
Also,the Sirius radio has a background hissy like distortion like its slightly out of phase.Anyone know why and how
to rectify this?

Hit up BSW, www.bavariansoundwerks.com These guys have plenty of options and only work on the best vehicles with the worst sound systems.

i agree with michael and i would also check for buying the upgrated version of your sound system for your car on ebay
