Charging socket in 2011 A8L W12 ?

In the W12 Bentley Continental there is a socket inside the boot to connect a charger for charging the battery.  Can such a socket be fitted in the W12 A8?

After speaking to an auto electrician it would seem that it is possible but might be pricey.
