2011 chevy cruze radio control

I recently purchased a 2011 chevy cruze. I turn my
radio on with the power button and it won't go
down or up. It is stuck in between 12 and 13. I have
tried to look into this problem but I haven't got
anywhere. Please help. Thanks

Do you mean the volume won't go up or down? If so, this may be a broken switch. A radio repair shop may be able to fix it but the radio will need to come out.
Yes the actual volume control won't go up or down. I was wondering if you could pull off the switch or not. Who would you recommend taking the car to check this problem out? Any advice appreciated.
I doubt if you can pull the switch without taking the radio out of the dash. If you have never taken a dash apart it may be more than you want to takle but some come apart with relative ease. I do not know your car well enough to advise other than saying I would let a repair or dealer shop do the work. Replacing the unit with an after market one is also an option and would get the same result if you let the installation be done by the store you purchase the radio from.
