My keys are stuck and my car won't cut off

Ok I have a Chevrolet Aveo LT 2011 I
crank my car and now it will not cut off
an my key is stuck in the ignition in the
acc position we can drive it put it in
gear and everything just can't get it to
cut off or get key out we have to take
relay out to get it to cut off and unplug
the battery to get instrument panel
lights to go out anyone know what's
wrong with our car please help need
feed back sounds like there should be a
recall on this to

We have the exact same car at my job for a delivery vehicle and two months ago had the exact same problem. No recall. It's a worn ignition lock cylinder. Do NOT remove the lock cylinder yourself. This is a job needing to be done by a pro. The new key, if required, must be programmed to the vehicle because of the security system. HTH. -Jim
