Aveo thermostat problem

I am suspecting that thermostat does not working well on my Aveo 2011  . When car working in place after 20 min fan does not start up , temperature is little bellow half on panel

I don't think you have a problem at all. In cool weather the fan may not be needed.

Thank you for answer , I am just suspicious , when I am giving gas an heating machine fan is starting automaticaly , just lately I thinking that engine warm up slower than before. If someone have aveo 2011 , 1,2cc maybe can answer how much time is needed to reach working temperature (half of termopanel)
