what couses the shaking when I step on the brake at around 40 mile and up

when I am driving at the speed around 40 mile an hour and when I step on the brakes the whole brakes shakes up. I change the lower control arm and bearing have it align and still the same.  What do I need to do?

Sounds like the rotors are warped that the brake pads press against. Need new rotors.

Warped brake rotors possibly caused by over torquing the lug nuts. They will need to be replaced along with the brake pads.
