Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm looking to save money on tires. Will changing to a wider and higher aspect ratio have a negative impact on performance?

I would think wider is still safe- but go to a bigger wheel and lower the sidewall measurement- that would be safer- so, no- getting cheaper tires is NOT good- for many reasons-
