warranty to 10 year/unlimited mileage for

Someone sued and won and the court is making them. Call the dealer, does not matter if you bought it there or not and find out if there is any recalls for your model, they are not forced to contact you first but they are however forced to fix it free. If it fails get it fix within the ten year period they may not have a recall on it yet. and they may be acting before so to save face.
