Could this be a fuse problem or do they need to reset something?

Asked by MjaneS Jan 29, 2016 at 11:48 AM about the 2010 INFINITI EX35 Journey AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My battery died.  Took to Infiniti dealership.  Replaced the battery and now my
manual clock won't work and my electric rear folding seats won't work either.
All was good before the battery died.  Dealership says they want to remove
my dash or do another diagnostic test and charge me of course.

I pushed and pushed until they took my car back at no cost. In the end the mechanic came and apologized to me. He said it was their fault when they changed the battery they must have sent a charge by mistake and it blew a fuse. So all fixed now, but let me tell you I had to be the squeaky wheel for sometime before they listened.
