I have an infinity ex35 2010 model. The audio sound has gone off...even though the navigation and audio system comes on, the sound is not working. In the console, the audio button appears inactive.

I have an infinity ex35 2010 model.  The audio
sound has gone off...even though the navigation
and audio system comes on, the sound is not
working.  In the console, the audio button appears
inactive.
Any help from here? Also I have already tested the
amplifier and it's working fine.

did you resolved this issue im having the same on my fx35 2010 please help!!!!

Have the same issue. Talked to Dealership and said either a reset by holding down the power button for X amount of time or a amp plug is loose and needs to be reconnected. Not sure if you tried either of those?
