As far as the heated seats go, first check your fuses and relays. If those are good, your problem lies in one of three places. The switch, the seat module, or the element in the seat. I doubt that both heat modules both died at the same time. They are usually located under each seat. Check out this site: http://www.fixya.com/tags/replace_heating_element/browse/ford I suspect that the little pump on your windshield reservoir has failed. You can buy one of those at Rockauto or ebay. $20-40. Here's a video on how to replace one: http://www.youtube.com/watch? v=JHKsg1ahKZg Hard to guess how much this will all cost to repair. It depends on what's wrong. Could be a fuse or relay for your seats, or it could be the module or heating element. If you plan on just dumping it at a shop, I would say you will be looking at $800-1000 if you are having a dealer do the work.

Heater only blowing on one side is typically the mode/blend door motor actuator issue.

Can't find a video for the 2010 but there are some of other years on youtube. Heater treater.net also has some video thru 2008. Yours should be similar. They will at least give you an idea of what you are looking at having to do.

I take it the dealership did the diagnosis. Going by what you posted it soulds like the blend door may be broken, meaning the entire box must be replaced. (Aren't plastic parts lovely). The entire dash probably has to come out to replace. AC components will also have to be disconnected to effect the repair. Thus the need to evacuate and recharge the system. I guess about a thousand bucks from a dealer.
