VDC, Check Engine lights constant blinking cruise

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just had timing belt, water pump, radiator and
head gaskets replaced. Less than 4 miles and VDC
and check Engine light are on constant and the
cruise light is flashing. Ugh!! I am at a loss...
suggestions??
