Starter wont work

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just put a new motor in my impreza 2.5i and now
the starter won't work, it just clicks. All cables are
tight and it's a new starter. I did replace the clutch
and flywheel. But never had problems before.

I did not shim it bc the old one didn't have them and the new one didn't come with any. It went in flush.

The flywheel isn't on backwards. And I'll have to try that tomorrow.

I think it's my immobilizer because the starter is good but something is killing power from the ignition wire to the starter. Is there anyway to reset the immobilizer or something.
